Who writes the emails?
eggemail drafts every email from your store's products, images and existing copy, in your tone. You're the editor. Tap Edit the words on any email to change the headline or the body, or drop a block you don't want. If it doesn't sound like you, don't approve it.
Who do the emails come from?
Your store's name, sent from our authenticated domain. SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass from day one, one-click unsubscribe is built in, and you never touch DNS.
What does eggemail need access to?
Standard Shopify permissions: products, orders and customers. That's how flows personalize, how send timing works, and how revenue is credited against real orders.
When do emails start sending?
Only after you approve them. Nothing sends on install. Most stores go from install to live flows in under 10 minutes, and the first sends follow real shopper activity from there.
Can I edit a flow after it's live?
Any email, any time. Open the flow, tap Edit copy, change the words. Pause it or turn it off whenever you like. Changes apply from the next send onward.
What happens if I uninstall?
Billing stops immediately. Your customer list and all the copy we wrote remain yours. Export both before you go.
